East China"s Jiangsu province has released a three-year action plan to cultivate specialized, refined, differential and innovational (SRDI) enterprises. At present, all localities and departments are accelerating the establishment of a gradient cultivation system, actively responding to the demands of enterprises, improving service capabilities, and guiding small and medium-sized enterprises to stick to SRDI development.

The company has more than 70 invention patents and international patents, making it an SRDI "Little Giant". This year, Yangzhou has arranged one-to-one service specialists for 268 SRDI enterprises at or above the provincial level to dynamically understand the demands of enterprises and integrate and use of all kinds of resources to provide accurate services.

“Service specialists can contact relevant municipal departments or high-quality service institutions to provide enterprises with listing, financing, intelligent and digital transformation, intellectual property and other services to help enterprises overcome difficulties”, Cao Tianyu, Principal Staff Member of Enterprise Service System Construction Department of Yangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, said.

In addition to timely meeting the individual needs of SRDI enterprise, the government has also thought of many ways to solve the fund problem commonly faced by enterprises. Special government fund support has increased year by year; financial institutions are encouraged to provide customized products for SRDI enterprises and increase the issuance scale of medium and long-term loans and credit loans; and the government is giving full play to the guiding role of investment funds and leverage social capital.

Under the joint promotion of the market and the government, more and more small and medium-sized companies in Jiangsu are focusing on the segmentation field, strengthening innovation, and embarking on the road of SRDI development. By the end of last year, Jiangsu had cultivated 5,594 provincial-level SRDI small and medium-sized companies and created 709 national-level SRDI "Little Giants".

This year, Jiangsu will further implement the three-year action plan of SRDI enterprise cultivation, strive to create more than 300 national SRDI "Little Giants" and more than 30 manufacturing individual champions, seize important opportunities for the industrial chain development, and let small and medium-sized enterprises release great energy.
